Cancellation policy

General Cancellation Guidelines
Guests may cancel their reservations without penalty if done at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Please note that specific conditions may differ during:

  • High-demand periods
  • Special events or occasions
  • Large group bookings
  • Discounted or promotional offers

Cancellation Fees
Fees depend on the timing of the cancellation relative to the check-in date:

  • Cancel more than 48 hours before arrival: Full refund
  • Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before arrival: 50% charge of the first night’s stay
  • Cancel less than 24 hours before arrival: 100% charge of the first night’s stay
  • No-show (failure to arrive): Charge for the entire booked stay

Refund Details
Refunds, when applicable, are processed as follows:

  • Credit card refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to process
  • Bank transfers may require 7 to 14 business days
  • Refunds will be returned using the original payment method

Exceptions and Flexibility
In certain cases, more flexible cancellation terms may apply, including but not limited to:

  • Verified medical emergencies
  • Natural disasters or acts of nature
  • Official travel restrictions or bans
  • Disruptions affecting hotel operations
